On March 22nd, Dr. Kelvin S.K. Wong, associate professor of real estate and construction of University of Hong Kong, and Keith Mckinnell, the managing Director of the Real Estate Academy in China (REACh), was invited to come to IBC to discuss curriculum cooperation and give lecture to the teaching faculty and the students of Finance and Financial Management majors. In the evening, Dr. Wong delivered a lecture called "Real Estate Investment: Can Risk be Managed?".
